Q: How do you provide project estimates?

Start by sending us some photos and a description of what you need. Most ballpark estimates come back the same day. If it looks like a good fit, we'll schedule a time to come out and put together a detailed quote before any work begins.

Q: What is your primary service area?

We currently serve the greater Duluth area, including Hermantown, Proctor, Wrenshall, Saginaw, Barnum, and Esko. For significant renovation projects, we may travel further within a 30-mile radius.

Q: Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to share proof of insurance before any project starts.

Q: What is a typical project timeline?

We're typically booking new projects 2-4 weeks out, so the sooner you reach out, the sooner we can get started. Most handyman repairs take 1-3 days. Bigger renovations depend on the project, but typically run 6 to 16 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.

Q: Do you handle emergency home repairs?

If you have an urgent repair -- like storm damage or a water leak -- give us a call and we'll do our best to get to you quickly. We prioritize emergencies for existing clients, but we'll always try to help.

Q: What are your payment terms?

For bigger projects, we break payments into stages -- usually a materials deposit up front, then payments at key milestones along the way. We accept cash, check, card, and Venmo.
